Master
Leases:
Your organization may forecast ongoing equipment needs. Instead of completing
new applications and contracts for each acquisition, just enter a Master Lease
Relationship and put the convenience in your hands. Simple lease schedules
offer flexibility in setting your own terms and invoices can be combined into
one statement to streamline billing.
Tax-exempt Structures:
Qualified organizations can take advantage of some of the lowest cost of funds
without issuing bonds. The municipality (public hospital) maintains full use of
the equipment during the term of the lease and an unencumbered title at the end
of the lease.
Operating
Leases:
If long term ownership is not your desire, then an operating lease may be
perfect. Frequently, total lease rental rates are less than the original cost
of the equipment. In addition, this structure may offer tax breaks through
payment write-offs.
Technology
Refreshment Leases:
MMF has cost effective leases to cycle computers every 3 or 4 years. The
flexibility is in your hands. Use our "MMF 3+1 flex" program to lock in low
payments while adding flexibility to keep equipment for an optional 4th year.
Even better, you don’t need to decide until the 3rd year whether you want to
upgrade your equipment after 3 or 4 years.

Our deferred payment program offers your business the opportunity to avoid
initial lease payments while getting your equipment up and running. Allow your
equipment to begin producing revenue prior to making your first scheduled
payment.
Parent/Student
Computer Remarketing:
Would you like to make off-lease computers available to faculty, parents, and
students? MMF offers the ability for families to acquire off-lease equipment
for a fraction of the retail cost. Often, computers with monitors can be
acquired for $100. Your school district does not have to be the middle man. We
will manage the program for you!
